A day at the Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium let us take a peek at all of their unusual aquatic life.
These stripped Lion Fish came over to the glass for a peek at us. They traveled together creating a perfect photograph.
This fish came out from behind the rock for a peek of all the looky loos starring into his neat little home.
This turtle had an adorable name which I cannot remember. He gave us a quick peek and swam off. He was brought into the laboratory when a boat motor ran over his tail. He’s lost his sense of radar which is why they attached those two sonar devices to the rear of his body. Mote Marine cares for all marine life that is injured by boats, oil spills, plastic rubbish or nature ecosystem. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy aquatic life.
After a long day of learning and peeking into aquariums, my daughter, Nicole and grandson, Jeffrey,
said it was time to get a bite to eat.
