Clouds Engulf the Golden Hour
We went to see the sunset a few nights ago. Sunsets are difficult for me to photograph.
I love when they’re dark sunsets. They’re mysterious.
The moon is slowly moving while the colors are changing.
All of this is happening as you try to capture the perfect shot.
This photograph captures the spirit of nature in a winter sunset.
How can this not be paradise?
Despite Florida being called the sunshine state the temperatures have been cold.
The sunsets are grey and colorless. The sun disappears into the colorless haze.
Local residents leave early before the nighttime temparatures arrive.
Vacationers arrive late to seek the best place to watch the sunset.
The seagulls seem oblivious to the cooler temperatures and the beach goers.
This one came right up to me. I imagine he was looking for food.
Searching for shells and sharks teeth is an early morning and sunset event.
These two young teens quickly exited the water screaming from the cold water.
As I worked at capturing my photographs, my hubby did what all kids love to do at the beach
~ play in the sand ~
A heart hug from him.
We grow old when we no longer get in touch with the child within.
